Mr. Olukunle Oyewole
Mr. Oyewole is the Principal Partner of the Firm. He attended University of Jos, where he was a UAC Scholar, for his bachelor’s degree. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1993. He had his pupilage in the law firm of Bolaji Ayorinde & Co. from where he moved to the firm of Modupe Otukoya and Co where he was the head of litigation.
A holder of Master Degree in Law from the prestigious University of Lagos with specialization in Secured Credit Transaction and Law of Compulsory Acquisition and Compensation. Mr. Oyewole is married and member of Nigerian Bar Association, Jerico Business Men’s Club and Ikoyi Club 1938.
Mr. Kehinde Taiwo
Mr. Kehinde Taiwo is a partner in the firm. He attended the University of Ibadan, where he obtained his B.Sc. in 1978, in his further quest for knowledge and in the pursuit of a legal career, he attended the University of Lagos where he obtained his LL.B, he then proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Lagos and was called to the bar in 1996. He also has an MBA which he obtained from the Obafemi Awolowo University in 2002. He worked with Habib Bank before where he resigned in 2005 as a Deputy General Manager and moved to Lagoon Home Savings & Loans Limited as the MD, a position he held until his resignation in 2008.
His managerial competence also extends beyond the Banking sector as he was a Director of Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN);
Mr. Kehinde Taiwo garnered extensive banking and legal experience as part of the management team of Habib Bank Limited and particularly whilst leading the turn-around team at Lagoon Home Savings & Loans Limited, where he implemented property development programs.
He has attended several professional and academic programs in Nigeria and abroad, and is a member of several professional bodies.
Sulaimon Ajetunmobi LL.B, B.L
Sulaimon Ajetunmobi is a law graduate from the prestigious Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State.
He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2010 and further proceeded for his Masters Degree in Law (LL.M.) at his Alma Mata. He has a good mastery of courtroom advocacy, skillful in litigation and is also dedicated to his job.
His areas of interest include Litigation, Criminal Law, Property Law and Matrimonial Causes among others.
John Uthman LL.B, B.L
John Uthman is an Honours Graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009.
His years of practice over time have seen him appear at various cadres of the courts within and outside the jurisdiction of Lagos. He is adept at initiating legal proceedings in many areas of the firm’s wide practice and exhibits tactical and technical ingenuity for the expeditious resolution of matters.
He is an avid reader and has a varying degree of practice and procedure rules necessary for his weekly schedule of Court appearances.
Oluwatosin Akinbode (Miss)
Miss Oluwatosin Akinbode is a graduate student of Igbinedion University and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009. Her main practice areas are corporate commercial, regulatory compliance and company secretarial .
She advises on incorporation and operation of new businesses, establishment of foreign businesses, regulatory compliance, corporate restructuring, corporate due-diligence and commercial transactions.
She is also involved in litigation arising from corporate and commercial disputes.
Olasukanmi Awhanbe Esq
Mr. Olasukanmi Awhanbe is a graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012. His schedule of cases revolves around Corporate and Banking Law. He also has a strong bias for Oil and gas.
Opuoyibo Barango Esq
Mr. O. Barango was called to the Nigeria Bar over 20 years ago. He attended University of Lagos for his Bachelors degree. His area of specialization is commercial litigations.
Mr. Dapo Olorunishola-Etti.
An Honours Graduate of the prestigious University of Ife in 1992 class, Mr. Olurunishola-Etti was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1993.
Olorunishola-Etti has a Masters degree from the University of Lagos with specialization in Company and Property laws.

An Honours Graduate of the prestigious University of Jos in the 1992 class, Mr. Essien was called to Nigerian Bar in 1993. He was the head of Litigation in the firm of Oyewunmi & Oyewunmi of 2 Boyle Street, Onikan.
Emmanuel Essien has a Masters degree from the University of Lagos with specialization in Company and Labour laws.
