Property & Conveyancing

We handle and manage properties on behalf of our clients advice on matters such as leasing and estate management. We counsel both lessee and lessor on all aspects of leasing arrangements.

We also engage in negotiating, preparing and perfecting documents transferring interest in property. To this end, we conduct due diligence on title and occupancy details and facilitate the preparation and perfection of the requisite documentation. We also offer advice on the tax implication of such transaction.

We are knowledgeable in the area of compulsory acquisition and compensation. Our area of expertise also extends to the formation of real property investment trusts, joint venture, partnership and other equity arrangements, mortgage transactions amongst others.
