Oil/Gas

We provide advisory services on the acquisition of project sites, on contracts between oil sector and communities residents. We advice on shareholder agreements for companies doing various aspects of oil and gas work. We also engage on routine bids for exploration licenses and licorices to establish tank farms and process application to operate private parts for oil and gas activities. We also facilitate the sale of tank farms.

We also have a good understanding of the regulations underpinning the sector and possess significant experience in advising on licenses, leases, permits, production sharing, joint venture, joint operating contracts.
