We offer professional advice in any area of company law. We engage in the registration of companies, either public or private and process the filing of annual returns and statement of affairs of a wide range of companies.

We offer advice and facilitate the restructuring of various corporate entities. Our area of expertise covers organic restructuring such as change of company name, increase or reduction in share capital, reorganisation through compromise or arrangement e.t.c as well as non-organic restructuring which includes joint ventures, merger and amalgamation and takeovers.

We also carry out due diligence on corporate entities on behalf of our clients.

We advice on and engage in series of contract documentation such as leases, mortgages and loan documentation, diverse and multipartite agreements amongst others.
